Attach an mp4 video to email not working

Camera Settings --> Alerts --> On Alert --> Send Email
I checked on "Attach an MP4 video with duration " with 3 second video.
I also checked on Attach real-time images
I'm getting the images but I'm not getting the videos.
Has anyone succeed to get this to work? What settings were used?
