BlueIris UI & Run as a server keeps crashing

All, since updating our BI servers to 5.2.4.x we keep having the software crash and I am racking my brain over this.

Here is what we have done to try and nail this down:
Had:
Run as a service
Auto-Check/update turned on
BI UI closed
With these settings, BI would crash multiple times a day

Tried:
Turned off run as a service (and rebooted the computer)
Kept BI UI open
kept all other settings above
With these settings, BI would crash multiple times a day

Tried:
Turned off all auto-update and check for updates
kept BI UI open
With these settings, Now BI is only crashing once again and between 9-am to 11-am CDT time if it crashes.

All systems are upgrades from 4 with the old software removed, and we have systems that were on 5.0.1.x that did not have this issue once they were updated to 5.2.4.X this is when all the crashing started.

I've been having the same problem for a while now.
Start by checking the Windows log (run perfmon /rel)
