I'm a newb so forgive me. I just purchased V5 yesterday. Got it set up on my Win 10 Pc. Configured router to port forward to 81 and also enabled DDNS with No-Ip. Configured my No-Ip to port forward to 81. Then set up my P.T.Z. P.o.e. Onvif cam and web server user. Everything worked well on host and android client. A few hours later while cleaning in the basement my cable wire to Arris modem / router came undone (didn't realize it wasn't screwed in properly). So I hooked it back up and power cycled my Modem and P.o.e.+ switch. Now the host pc is running BI5 and the cameras working fine. But i can no longer connect with the Android app. I tried to remote access wizard again to fix the issue. And I keep getting an X on Verified Server "The operation has timed out". Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance,
Kevin

I would guess it is an IP issue. Does the BI5 pc have a static IP address, or is it DHCP ?

You nailed it. When I rebooted everything. The host PCs ip changed. So my port forward set up on router was no longer directing to the proper ip. After changing the port forwarding, I also set static ips for host pc and my cams. Everythings good now.
But i got another question. My front cam has lots of lights in parking lot. So i went into my manufactures cam settings and tried it in daylight mode. The picture is very good. But for some reason my fps go from 20 to 10. The back cams in auto and switches to night mode and doesnt loose fps, it stays at 20. Is there a way to keep cam in day mode and it stay at 20 fps whether its day or night?

There should be, I have done the same thing with two of mine (good ambient light at night so keep in "daytime") but the settings and options vary per camera. It should be somewhere in the WebUI. You may have to poke around a bit to find where to disable a nighttime profile. If you can't find it, you could post some screenshots and maybe we can guide you.

I have already set it to day and disabled the ir light. But set up like this my frame rate goes from 20 fps when the suns out down to 10 fps when its night with just the parking lot lighting. If i turn it back to auto with ir enabled, the cam switches from day and night and keeps 20 fps each way. I just cant get 20 fps at night with day mode only.
