Trying to configure PTZ with cheap camera

So I ordered a cheap Chinese camera that supports ONVIF, and blue Iris auto configs it and it steams video fine. I can't get it's PTZ or zoom functions to work, however.

Here are some details:
Model: IPG-7820PHS
Software Version: 1.1.4-20180727Z1S
Attached is the PTZ settings menu.

I've tried the following settings:
ONVIF (OXML)
Pelco-D options
All IPC options.
Serial port: Pelco-D

From what I've read on this camera the IPC cameras are commonly used for cheap Chinese cameras and they all use similar firmware. Has anyone fooled with these before?

Hello,

Have you managed to make it work?
I have an ESCAN PVR002 that has the same setup, and it also do not work, even if it is detected on BI with all presets...

Thanks!

I think that is one to ask the supplier or manufacturer to see if it can work with BI5 for the PTZ functions. Pelco is surely a legacy hard wired serial interface, and I'm guessing you don't have the wires or the interface :? It would be good to get an answer to this question, then I can buy one of these cameras.

I found an IPG/ESCAM option on PTZ configuration of BI that works, and I can PTZ.
The only thing that won't work is the goto preset... maybe I'm near...

ESCAM NVR has this working with ethernet cable only. So its possible and can work with the right protocol...

If someone knows more I appreciate sharing...
