How to enable push alert from iPhone app

Hi all, I have Blue Iris 5 and I can enable iPhone alerts from my PC software by going in to SETTINGS then ALERTS then ACTIONS-ON ALERTS and then clicking the ENABLE box but when I go in to the iPhone app and enable PUSH NOTIFICATIONS for a given camera it does not enable the push alerts to come like it did in BI 4. With BI 4 as mentioned I would simply go in to the iPhone able and enable PUSH NOTIFICATIONS and that worked.
