I changed my win 10 pro license and now BI is in demo mode

I just set up blue iris about 1-2 days ago on an unactivated wins 10 machine.
I bought a license to BI and got it setup the way i want it.

I bought this PC from nextdoor so I tried activating the license given to me by prev owner.
I get an error so I explicitly removed the old license and put in the new one, but win10 does not like it.
So i figured I'll reinstall but I'll deactivate my BI license first so I can use it. So I start up BI and low and behold, it says I'm starting in demo mode. I guess the BI license is tied to my old license. IS there anyway I can deactivate my BI license? ALthough I'm now in demo mode and my one camera is working, I saved my reg info in the about tab and i saved the device reg, but I'm not sure if it saving my old license?

If I reinstalled my os and redownload BI, can I use my BI license on this machine again if I haven't deactivated it yet? It's the same machine but it may have a difference license for my win 10 pro.

Any help would be appreciated.

After you sign out of Office, you still can view and print documents from that device, but you won't be able to edit them or create new ones. If you want to use it on the device, you'll need to sign in to when prompted.
