I note some errors are being reported in the BI status log. An example is "Delete: 1 files 5.70M [2480/336 hrs. 19.0G/19.0G. 614.8G free] 2 errors"

If the errors do not appear in the BI log, there may be something in the Windows event log.
To view the Windows event log, see the BI help file section 'Troubleshooting and FAQ' on page 202.
BI support may request this info, if any show up. Even if they don;t request it, if you find something that looks related, sent it anyway.
