Still no response from customer service

Hi everyone!
I had Blue Iris v.4 working for years and was really happy with it.
A while back, Windows 10 on my dedicated security computer got corrupt and I had to do a clean reinstall.
I would like to upgrade from v.4 to v.5 and also pay for priority support.
Please, can anyone help me successfully connect with Blue Iris support?
Today I received a reply saying my email to them was undeliverable.
Here is the message I received:
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
blueirissoftware@gmail.com
Error Type: SMTP
Remote server (209.85.201.26) issued an error.
hMailServer sent: RCPT TO:<blueirissoftware@gmail.com>
Remote server replied: 550-5.2.1 The user you are trying to contact is receiving mail at a rate that
550-5.2.1 prevents additional messages from being delivered. For more
