Still no response from customer service

Hi everyone!

I had Blue Iris v.4 working for years and was really happy with it.

A while back, Windows 10 on my dedicated security computer got corrupt and I had to do a clean reinstall.

I would like to upgrade from v.4 to v.5 and also pay for priority support.

Please, can anyone help me successfully connect with Blue Iris support?

All efforts to contact Blue Iris and have a reply have utterly failed.

It has become so frustrating.

Today I received a reply saying my email to them was undeliverable.

Here is the message I received:

where did you get that email address from?...i cant imagine Blue Iris would use gmail for their customer relations!, its not exactly professional!?

From the website the correct email address is - support@blueirissoftware.com

The email address sparkzter cited is also the address quoted in the BI5 console when you click "Email support".

The gmail address must have been something used long ago

Gentlemen,

I have attempted to contact Blue Iris numerous times via support@blueirissoftware.com as well as sales@blueirissoftware.com.

All to no avail!

It has become so frustrating.

Had Blue Iris up and running for at least 2 years, now it has been down for months...

Still no reply!

Hiya, I assume you are putting your license details in, so that they will prioritise your email.

I have had a problem this year sending emails to support. I run two web domains with different hosting companies, and have different email addresses for both. Neither of them can send a message to support. I get a slightly different error message back stating something is wrong at the BI end. What I did find though, was that I can send and get through every time by using the Gmail account for my mobile phone. And Ken usually answers within 24 hours :?
