Axis PTZ & Screen Layout Questions

We are evaluating BI5 to replace a dying system. The software seems pretty straightforward but I have a couple of questions.
I am running the DEMO version but so far I haven't been able to control PTZ on my Axis P5635-E Mk II cameras. Is PTZ disabled in the Demo version? I need to make sure that works.
Can views be customized? Can I drag cameras to specific locations within the window? The photo on the website suggests it can be done but so far I haven't been able to do so.
