TP-Link NC450, no PTZ

I have a picture, but the PTZ controls do not work. This camera was specifically purchased as a Demo for Blue Iris because it was inexpensive, and there were direct pull-down menu options for the exact model number in both the add camera dialog and the PTZ control sections ... yet it won't work through BI. I can control the PTZ with the camera app and web page.
