It says it supports ONVIF; can you post the results of an ONVIF search/probe so we can see them?

That's odd; it all looks okay to me so I'm not sure why BI won't pick up the video. (??)
Have you adjusted the video/RTSP URLs in BI to make sure they're pointing to the correct path?
