5.3.3.16 Update Failed

Has anyone had 5.3.3.16 fail to update?
I have an error code in messages, "Update failed: 80000190", which is obviously very informative. I've tried to run the update twice and it failed both times.
Coming from 5.3.3.15 btw and yes my support is current.

I've just tried it on my old Intel rig (Win10 Home x64, Winver 20H2) and it installed normally, and booted up OK. That was from 5.3.3.15 as well.

I upgraded to 5.3.3.16 a few minutes ago and it went fine here.

I attempted to download again this morning and it failed (never showed any progress in downloading anything).
After a fresh reboot of the entire system, the download worked fine and updated successfully. I guess/think something in the process was stuck with the .15 update and a service restart would fix it (or a reboot of course).

Update also worked for me today, after a reboot.
