Version 5 Upgrade Loop
I bought the annual support so that I could upgrade my setup from version 4 to version 5. I applied the service code to my 4 setup which confirmed my license was now version 5 eligible. I followed the upgrade steps to the letter, but now when I start Version 5 i get prompted for a licence code. I enter my Version 4 code and it recognizes this as version 4 and asks if I want to add a service code to it to make it eligible. If i then add my new support code, it says that this has already been applied to a license and cannot be added again. it then only allows me to run in demo mode. Has anyone any idea how I get past this? I am now regretting updating from a working Version 4 system.

Please contact Blue Iris support directly regarding this, and supply the keys you have with that inquiry.
