Blue Iris

This may be an ignorant question, but I had push notfications working before but ever since I updated 5.3.6.3, I cannot get it to work. For my mobile app I am running v2.00.29. When I go into my cameras configuration on the mobile app i try and turn Push Notifications to the "on" position, but it quickly slides back to off. What am I doing wrong? There has got to be a setting on the Desktop program or the iOS app that I am setting correct for this behavior.
