BI Crashes now (or never opens) can't roll back

I have been running BI. on a dedicated box for about a year, taking regular updates
I updated tonight to blueirisupdate_64_53703.

When it opened Bi after I installed it, I get the attached error.
If I try to install an older version - I get the same error. I can't figure out to how move forward.
Any ideas?

Could it be that your install file was damaged ? It looks like either a corrupted installation file, OR a failing RAM memory stick.

To figure this out, I would suggest:

1. Downloading the update file directly from https://blueirissoftware.com/#download and installing that.
2. Trying to figure out if you have a failing RAM memory stick. If there is more than one RAM stick, (Power OFF first !) swap over the RAM sticks and reboot to see if anything changes. Substitution and elimination. (The most difficult laptop fix I ever did was where BOTH RAM sticks were faulty - that gave a different failure every time you tried to start it).
3. Sending an email to support if that doesn't help.
4. Installing the BI5 file on a different PC just to see if it will start normally.
