Blue Iris

I'm a new user. I believe I have it configured correctly but, Neither ios or android app can login while the profile is set to active. When I set it to inactive it logs straight in. The ios app has the message "profile restriction". Also the web server does not allow login either and has the same profile restriction message. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
