How to add camera to local PNG file? Weather

Hello,

I currently have a cam set up to pull an animated image off the internet from weather underground, but I wanted to stop the frequent downloads while maintaining the high frequency that the imagine animates.

So I've created a scheduled task in windows, it's all set up and automatically downloads the file once every 5 minutes, saving the file to C:\WX\animate.png

I just can't figure out how to tell Blue Iris to look to that local file, instead of a URL. I know this has to be stupidly obvious but I am just not seeing it. Appreciate any help, thanks.

In the cameras settings, add the image as an overlay. When the image is updated/overwritten, it will update in the camera's overlay automatically.
