Weather Underground offline Blue Iris V5 Connection Successful

Can Someone help me finish this Weather Underground Web Cam Setup.
Weather Underground shows webcam exist, I have a User and Password.
Blue Iris V5 has FTP server and it connects to webcam.wunderground.com port 21 base folder /.
I have a camera "record" jpeg every 30 min to Folder: D:/Weatherundergound.
What is missing???
