5.3.9.0 update - Anyone one else have issues?

Had an issue where 5.3.9.0 would not update (blueieis.exe in use).
Anyone else have an issue with this update?
I sent a FYI to BI Support.
Series of events....
1. Current version: 5.3.8.17. Decided to update to 5.3.9.0 via the console.
2, BI shut down, but the 'Updating files' stayed. Eventually, another requester came up saying that 'blueiris.exe.' was in use.
3. I checked, and yes, it was still running. I terminated it.
4. The 'Updating files' stayed. Clicked Cancel.
5. Downloaded and ran the 5.3.9.0 update from the BI web site, with BI shut down.
6. When BI came up it said there was an update to 5.3.9.0!!! The current version was 5.3.8.9! So the update on the website is not accurate.
7. Updated BI via the console. Update ran fine. Now at 5.3.9.0.
Probably, if I had just updated again (after step 4) via the console, it would have updated. Oh well. I'm at 5.3.9.0.
