Hi I have just built a new pc as my old pc did not run the blue iris software.
How do I down load the basic software again without having to pay again as I purchased the full package?
Many thanks for any help
Ken
reinstalling software on new pc
Re: reinstalling software on new pc
The software is available for download on the main site. It will run even without purchase - in demo mode. Just reapply your license to activate everything. If you didn't 'deactivate' your old system first, you may need to contact support. I'm not sure if it automatically makes the most recent system the 'active' system or if it's locked to a system until released.

I believe it automatically deactivates the licence on the "other" BI system using the same licence as soon as you turn it on. Normally you would manually 'deactivate' the licence on one system to 'activate' it on another.

BI is not open source. Is this a spam post ?
