Hi all,

Further to my post about jobs stuck in the export queue, I wonder if anybody can help...

I'm in the UI and want to export a clip...

If I export a clip as MP4, I end up with a small file that when viewed contains mostly black and then an image flicks up fleetingly every second or so.

If I export a clip as MP4 and select "Re-encode video to H.264", the encode takes a long time and I end up with a large file which shows horribly jittery video - the image jumps forwards and backwards in time.

If I export as WMV I just get an error.

If I export as AVI, I end up with a file that's full of artifacts from where things move in the video.

Essentially, I can't export a watchable video. Playback in the UI is perfect, by the way.

Any ideas?

Are you exporting to an internal drive, or some external device ?

To an internal drive.

Interestingly, the export works perfectly from the app itself, it's the web UI that has the problem.
