Sometimes the icons inside the app are missing when launching BI 5 (screenshot attached)

Hello,
As the title says, anyone can help me figure this problem out? Most of the time it's fine but like 2 or 3 times a day when I launch it, all the icons inside Blue Iris (also the splash screen and in the settings) are blank like this:
It's recording fine and everything working correctly, just the icons are missing.
If I close it and run it again the icons will be fine. I would guess I get this issue once for every ~20 times I run it. Tried on a clean Windows installation and the same happens.
Thanks!

Is BI running as a service and if so is the account that you’ve logged onto the same as set within the service?
Yes it's running as a service and the account I am logged into in BI is apparently different than my Windows one, it's LocalSystem (blank for Local System) and since I don't have a password set on my Windows account, it doesn't let me use my Windows account as it says check password (1327) when trying to use it without a password after ticking the "Run as a Windows service" box.

He's asking you how you are running BI. In the Settings dialog of BI, the startup tab indicates whether BI runs as a service (at Windows startup). He's asking you if that's checked. See the image from another post in this forum:
https://blueirissoftware.com/forum/view ... 9945#p9945 - The password in the Startup tab is optional and mine is blank and has always been blank - it's not related to what he was asking. Unless you specifically created a password previously.
Then he's asking if you log into Windows, are you an Administrator, or are you logging in without Administrative privileges? Most likely you are logging in with Admin rights.
It would be helpful if you posted a full screen capture of your BI console, not just the missing icon area.

Yes it's running as a service and I am logged into windows as an administrator. And as I mentioned in my previous post, the run as a windows service checkbox in startup tab is checked with a blank password.
