Failed Software Update

I have purchased the Blue Iris Extended Support and Maintenance and a new license key was provided. I copied the licensed key and automatically my new support level extends tp August 10,2022.

However It will not allow me to install minor and major updates. IT IS STILL STILL STUCKED ON 5.3.7.12X64 RELEASE - 2021-01-05.


please help me on this on what to do next to get 5,4,19 release

In what way are you stuck? Are you getting an error message? Is it updating and reverting to demo mode?

Two options....
1. Download the update from the BI website, shutdown BI, and run it manually.

2. Download the full install from BI. Export the BI settings - export to a backup folder NOT the BI programs folder. Uninstall BI & reinstall using the latest install you just downloaded. Import the BI settings you exported.
