Getting the following error message when trying to add a camera I know to be at 192.168.1.42:

I had originally set my cameras up on a TP-Link AC3200 wireless router hard wired to a TP-Link TL-SG1016PE V3 | 16 Port Gigabit PoE Switch. Everything configured fine but the additional devices pushed the old router over its limit.
I bought a new netgear nighthawk router MR60 mesh router to replace the TP-link. Now none of configured cameras were reachable nor configurable from scratch. I am able to ping their IP addresses but I cannot get Blue Iris to recognize them.
any idea what I have messed up without knowing it?
Thanks
