BlueIris not recognizing ZeroTier virtual adapter

I am running a Windows 10 Pro NVR using BlueIris v5 (V5.4.9.16 x64) with ZeroTier for remote access. I have the Windows Defender Firewall active on the NVR with SonicWall as the Firewall for the network. Version 5.4.9.18 has NOT been installed yet. It has been working fine from both desktop and iPhone, until today. Today, after a Windows 10 reboot I don't see the ZeroTier connection in BlueIris. I know the ZeroTier service is running. I can access the NVR from my ZeroTier connection outside the network.
When I go to the Web server in BlueIris I can no longer see the ZeroTier Virtual connection under Local, internal (LAN) access -> Adaptors. All I see is the IP address of the NVR. Ipconfig shows both the local IP of the NVR and the ZeroTier One IP.
I have restarted the NVR. No difference. I have tried disabling the Windows 10 firewall on the NVR. No difference. I have disabled and re-enabled the ZeroTier connector for the NVR. No difference. I have NOT tried uninstalling and reinstalling ZeroTier on the NVR. Has anyone experienced this with BlueIris and ZeroTier? Any ideas other than uninstalling and reinstalling ZeroTier on the NVR? I would prefer not to reinstall because that would likely give me a different IP address on the NVR.
As an aside, I believe there is a way to define a "server" in the ZeroTier Flow Rules. I have not tinkered with the Flow Rules. Does anyone know if the "server" setting in the ZeroTier acts like a static IP?
