After Update Web & App displays no video on clips

I have 26 cams of various brands on a single server that has worked well. After update to the latest build 5.4.9.18 my 3 reolink RLC-420-5MP cameras clips in web or app interface plays audio but black video. In program on server the video clips play fine. I reverted to 5.4.7.11 but the problem persist. Seems like a codec isuue or something with the wb interface and phone apps (ios & android). Any ideas?
