ui3 - unexpected error

Hi,
Just upgraded to latest version this evening andsee that my very old (>7 years) iPad returns an "unexpected error" when logging in via Safari. The iPad is so old, I cannot download Chrome to try it. The iPad was used as a constant desk monitor for all cameras. The full error messgae is below.

How may I use the iPad as a monitor again?

I didn't read through the whole thing to see if there was a solution, but it's a start.
