Alert when Motion Detected in Zone B and person in frame?

How can I get an alert when there is motion in Zone B and also a person detected in the frame?

This is what I have now, but it also triggers on Motion in Zone A.

If you have needs for motion detection triggering in two or more separate zones, Clone the camera for that zone.

If your looking for motion on only persons, you can use DeepStack.

From just a motion point of view what you have set should work according to the BI manual, no idea about AI as I don’t personally use it.

I’d report this to support to see what they say.

Then why is there an option to choose a zone to trigger on? That doesn't make sense to me.

You may be in a Profile that you do not want motion detection in a specific zone.
