Restored, but still says Evaluation

I just restored my laptop from scratch, installed v5, entered my registration info, rebooted Blue Iris but still get evaluation overlay on the cameras video
IT accepted my registration info and then rebooted the program

Im running as admin and have no clue to why this is.

Any ideas?

If your support has run out then it’s because you have installed a version of the update that came out after your support expired. On the downloads page within BI in the drop down select a version of the update that came out prior to your support expiring and install that version.
