How to stop IP address changing after power outage?

Why does the IP address for my cameras keep changing after a power outage? I'm using ANNKE cameras and every time there's a power glitch the IP's change and I have to go find the new IP and load them into video settings in Blue IRIS. Anyone had this problem and fixed it?
Thanks

Hi, can you confirm the cameras are set to static IP rather than DHCP ? Check the camera's own webserver.
If DHCP their IP will probably change every time power is cycled, and BI can't do anything about that.

Please note that if the cameras ARE set to DHCP, that you can't just keep the same IP address and set it to static. You will need to look at your router settings to see what the DHCP window is set to. When you add any device to your LAN, the router will automatically hand out one of the addresses from within the DHCP window - so if you have added a static camera IP there, it will cause issues if the router assigns the same IP address to a new device. BI needs the cameras to have static (fixed) IP addresses that are NOT in the DHCP window.
For example:
If my router DHCP window is 192.168.2.4 to 192.168.2.40 then all of the addresses between or including those values may be used by DHCP. It would be safe there to use a static IP 192.168.2.41 for the first camera, .42 for the second camera etc.
If you don't know how to log in to your router then all you can do is guess and hope. You could try 192.168.2.200 upwards - but I really recommend checking your actual DHCP window.
Let us know if this is helping, or if you know the issue to be something else.

Or just set your router to assign the same (static) IP address to that camera. Each router has different UIs but you can almost always tell the router to use the same IP always for any device.

Now we just need the OP to give us a progress report
