Blue Iris

For some reason my camera doesnt trigger when I walk out of my house. It only triggers when people are walking across my sidewalk from right to left or left to right. Its weird. See my video.

How are you motion detection settings set?

Yes, difficult this without more info. If motion detection is by BI5 we need to see the settings. If it is tripwires on the camera, then where are they positioned ?

Change the Algorithm from 'Edge Vector' to 'Simple'. That should get you more triggers.
Changing to 'High Definition' will increase the sampling by x4.

Please post screen shots....
- Motion Sensor setting.
- Zone settings.
