Help? with remote access problems

I am trying to access my cameras using the blueiris mobile app on my iPhone. It wont connect! following the troubleshooting guide, I cannot even access blueiris from web browser from another OC on the same Wi-Fi network. Very strange, when I go to 192.167.56.1:81 on the PC that Blueiris is running on, I can access my cameras but from any other device I DONT get a login prompt at all it just clocks. The trouble shooting guide does not really say what to do if this fails. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. FYI, I know blueiris app used to work from my iphone when I had version 5.3.18. I upgraded to 5.5.5 recently, I don't think that is the issue however, because I rolled back to 5.3.18 to test that and it failed as well. Pretty sure I don't have an firewall blocking anything on my PC and I did not change anything that I know of.

I found the solution to my problem. Either the upgrade to 5.5.5, or me re-running the remote access wizard, chose the incorrect "Adaptor" setting AND the ip for my web broswer in the web server settings. It had the ip address of my cable modem rather than the PC that I have blueiris loaded on.
