Alerts are not being saved

Now that I upgraded to 5.5, I finally got my alerts working on my iPhone. I get the push notification with the 10 second gif, but I am unable to open it the mobile app just crashes. Not only that, when I do go back into their are not any saved alerts. So I then go back to my PC application and there ARE NOT any saved clips, it just shows "empty list". When I click on the calendard, there ARE NOT any saved alerts clips from ANY dates. Clearly alerts are happening as they are being delivered to my iPhone. Any ideas what I am doing wrong her? Is this a bug?

Not a bug. If you are not seeing saved clips from the Blue Iris console, nothing else will either. I know I don't have to tell you this, but no one can see what you're looking at or how you got there. So it would be helpful if you posted a few screen shots of what you're looking at. Launch the main program (console), the screenshot that and the clips and archiving tab. Also whether or not BI is running as a service (Startup Tab).

Once we see where you're at with those, it'll be easier to noodle out what's going on - PEBCAK or Program.
