Seeing spinning circle on webview of recorded clips

I have a dozen cameras of different types -- 5 IP Hikvision cameras, 5 Wyze v3, two Doorbird cameras -- that I monitor with Blue Iris. Recently, when I use UI3, and play back an recorded clip, the video is dimmed and I see a spinning circle in the middle. Other than the dimming and the circle, the clips play normally. This doesn't happen on the program itself, only on remote connections. It does happen if I'm inside my network and use the IP connection through gigabit fiber. It also happens in Android chrome, and with the Edge browser. I use an Intel NUC to monitor the cameras, and it shows 18-23% CPU, 19% MEM and 3% disk. I use the bvr format and hardware decoding. I think this started with the most recent update, that it, this is a new phenomenon. It happens on all camera types that I have.

That image means it's choking and can't keep up. First thing to check is the Camera status window - See This Post
