Hi folks,
since NO ONE answers my support mails my last try to get answers is here:
I go several messages like:
iOS push failure -1
NVENC Setup failed: -301 for streamin temp 3222489
Can someone explain this to me?
Erros messages in log
Re: Erros messages in log
The "iOS push failure" error message could be a problem with a specific version of Blue Iris app or iOS mobile client. I would recommend upgrading both to the latest version.
The "NVENC Setup failed" message has something to do with "Hardware accelerated decode" in Blue Iris Settings -> Cameras. Without knowing more about your PC setup, cameras and Blue Iris version and configuration, I would be guessing? I am surmising that you may have a NVidia card that either doesn't support NVENC or can't handle H.265/H.264+ video encoding from your IP cameras. Try changing your camera's video encoding to H.264. If you don't have an NVidia GPU then try changing Blue Iris "Hardware accelerated decode" to "Intel" or "No".
Please see the following link to learn which Nvidia hardware that offer hardware encoding capability:

Please post more information about your PC, GPU, Camera's and Blue Iris configuration.
What Processor make and model are you using like Intel i7-4770?
What GPU are you using like Intel HD Graphics 4600?
What video encoding are you using on your IP cameras like H.264, H.264+ or H.265?
What version of Blue Iris are you using?
Blue Iris v5.9.9.1 | Win10 x64 version 22H2 | Dahua IPC-HFW2100, Amcrest IP2M-841W, Hikvision MINI PT DS-2CD2F52F-IS, Edimax IC-3030iWn | Intel i5-8700 CPU, 16GB Ram, Samsung NVMe SSD 970 PRO 1TB, Samsung SSD 870 EVO 1TB
Re: Erros messages in log
I was getting a similar error 'NVENC Setup failed: 483 for 'streaming temp 7010432' in BI v4'. The errors just started showing up for quite a while... Then just stopped - didn't find out why. Then, I upgraded to BI5.
This is the reply I got from BI Support...
...the error means that you have selected Nvidia encoding, yet your card either does not support it, or you are using more than it allows. Many cards only allow 1 or 2 encoding sessions. Please see this matrix:

Re: Erros messages in log
Ok Thanks a lot. I had problems using NVIDIA encoding.
