Lost connection to service (2) with new camera

Hello everyone.
I couldn't find a post with my problem so I'm writing.
I am using BI5 (5.2.9.14 X64) with 14 cameras. Everything has been working fine for a long time.
I bought a 4 MP camera (there are 2 lenses to cover a very wide viewing angle, so 2x2 MP).
It is ONVIF and H265+
For your information, I tested with the latest version available on the site but the problem is the same (in case my version of BI did not decode H265): The new version decodes the H265
The camera's internal interface is fine. By the iCsee app, the picture is perfect. Via Chrome, the image is also very good. The Camera works !
But when BI5 finds the camera, it appears in ONVIF. Nevertheless, after validation, I have the color pattern and no image! (I tried to change a lot of settings, like VBR....on the BI5 page of the camera configuration.
After 10 seconds of waiting (BI5 hangs), I get the message 'Lost connection to service (2)' then BI5 closes.
When I disable or delete this camera, BI5 works again.
Maybe the H265+ causing this failure?
I couldn't find anything on the internet so I'm here to bother you if anyone has an idea.
Thank you in advance for your help.
