Blue Iris

Hello,

I was going to purchase Blue Iris from Amcrest. Is that the exact same version, can I pay for maintenace and upgrades down the road or should I buy from BI?

I would check with Amcrest, but I believe it is just branded for them. You need to be sure you are getting up to date versions.

Yes I agree. I'll just buy it direct, at least for peace of mind and knowing that BI is getting all the monies.

It is the same. Once I bought through them when they offered it slightly cheaper. When you enter your email and registration number, it goes through the Blueiris server.
