Chrome browser stuck on "Loading H.264 Player"

I can't seem to get my Chrome browser to load the new UI3 interface. It's permanently stuck at the "Loading H.264 Player" part. The older UI2 works fine, and UI3 works when I use the Edge browser. It's just Chrome vs. UI3 that doesn't load.
Any hints on where I might look for a fix?

I am having the same issue. My Blue Iris version is 4.8.6.3 x64 and my Chrome version is the latest at 76.0.3809.100 (Official Build) (64-bit).
Is this a known issue and if so, is there a fix?

I am having the same issue with the same version of Chrome, but it gets past the player. Video streams never start though. I have to use Jpeg (which looks A LOT nicer), but I lose the ability to play audio.
It might help to remove any stored cookies for the BlueIris host, then you may be able to adjust the player type after logging in again. H264 with HTML5 player will not work however.

Hey, that worked! I removed Chrome's cookies for my BI server, reloaded the UI3 page, et voila! There it is. Thanks.
