Multi monitor viewing?

Post by Snipersixate »

I would really like to use the main interface to view past recordings on one monitor and split the live view to two other monitors. I have 4 cameras that need to be monitored that I plan to use an hdmi splitter to view on two monitors (same image in different rooms)

I tried using the web streaming feature and viewing the live feed with a web browser but the image quality is garbage and laggy no matter what settings I choose, browser side or Blue Iris side. The browser is running on the same computer so I don't understand why it's trying to lower the bitrate and image quality.

Ideally, there would be a way to just move the live view to a separate fullscreen window on the other monitors and keep the rest of the interface on the primary monitor but it doesn't seem like Blue Iris can do this.

Do you guys have any suggestions I should try? The computer is running on a 12th gen i5 and an NVME drive and doesn't come close to 100% utilization no matter what I do.

- Use UI3 on another monitor. I do this if I'm reviewing/Editing cameras and still want to see all my cameras.
I didn't notice a view in desktop frame button, I'll have to look for that when I get home.

How did you fix the quality issues with UI3? I tried setting it to 2160p and max quality but it still looks like 480p.

Mine at 1080 look fine in UI3, so it's time to dive in to the settings. Is it the same on other pc's ?

Hey guys. I read alot about ui3. Where is the UI3 manual?
Got more questions. We licence holders are guessing latelty.
Lets make it simple. Is this kind of fullscreen multiview possible with blue iris version latest (12-29-2024)
Ive got multiple licences and would like to see a view like the included image on my displays. Via web or better. Via BlueIris itself.

Yes or no. That is the awnser i would like to have.

No borders, no overlays, no padding, just 16:9 camviews in a nice viewport.

Can someone help me with this request without refferring to UI3?
Please help. Just say. Ok. Do this.
Please without a video. Just text.

Thanks in advance

Included 16:9 (1920*1080) mage:

Just another 8 cam dahua viewport to confirm the view i would like to see:
Without padding, borders whatever. I'm a bad painter, just sharing a screenshot thus a idea :-)

The closest I can get to your desired view is to go full screen in the browser view (UI3) and click Maximize Cameras (two arrows pointing away from each other).
You still see camera title bars but nothing else.

Do you think that opening UI3 in two browser tabs, using different camera groups, and placing the tabs onto the different monitors, could work for your desired outcome? You can have multiple UI3 streams, and they can have different cameras in each session.

Thanks: Snipersixate. No i did not thought about this. But then again.
Please see previous images.

Is that kind of viewport possible with BlueIris?
=======

This is the main reason of my question.
1 Where is the UI3 manual, because im guessing. Sell it to me.
2 is it possible to have a multiview like the previous image.
3 thanks for your help. Thanks!

Ik would like to have a viewport of 8 cams, maybe more.
Just like reolink or dahua does.
In this case it does not matter what system blueiris has.
The hardware is capable of storing data. Substreams .. ..
Reolink can do it, Dahua also.

Sorry. Thanks for your awesome replies.
Friends? Thanks!
