Memory Leak in 5.8.4.5? (Even after revert to 5.7.6.8?)

Hello all -
Looking for any insight/ideas about what seems to be a pretty fast and substantial memory leak in 5.8.4.5 since I upgraded.
I'm running
- Fully dedicated Intel i7
- 32GB RAM (originally 16GB)
- 10 4-5K cameras
- CodeProject 2.5.1 (originally 2.3.4)
- with YOLOv8 (although I've used YOLOv5 6.2 interchangeably as well)
Before I tried the 5.8 upgrade, BI would run around 2GB RAM. After 5.8 upgrade, it started creeping up intra-day to 12+GB. I added more RAM (not a bad idea in general) but it just continues to creep up.
Note that I downgraded to 5.7.6.8... BUT... it seems something is left behind/stuck that is still sucking up RAM / leaking.
Only solution so far has been restarting the BI Service (or restarting the box) which knocks it back down to <2GB RAM altho it gets back to leaking very quickly. Note that it does not seem related to CodeProject.
Appreciate any ideas. Thanks.
