I am having an issue in which thumbnails don't show up for cameras 5 through 41. the thumbnails (live preview) for 1-4 do work. this occurs with web browser access on the server and remotely. the admin utility shows all thumbnails updating for the cameras. Live video and recording for all 41 cameras is working properly, i have to click on the cameras not showing a preview to see the actual video stream. Is there a way to enable this for all 41 cameras?

yes, UI3. the latest stable release. i only use web browser access, didn't realize there is a dedicated desktop application. i can't find any link to download it. what exactly are you referring to when you say the desktop console> is that the admin utility on the server?
