Blue Iris 5 on Server Core?

Hello

I tried to run Blue Iris on Windows Server Core (IMO, a box running NVR software should be dedicated ONLY to NVR software and nothing else so smaller footprint better...)

The thing is that I tried running it but it says some files are missing. My questions:

1: Can Blue Iris legally include these files in setup?
2: If they are a part of Windows, cant Blue Iris setup enable/copy them from the Windows Server media disk?

you can install on server. other's have posted in other threads that you may have to install a different version of Visual Basic.

My issue is that BI runs great on a Windows 7 box, but my server 2012 R2, maxes out the CPU. I haven't spent any more time on this issue.
