Blue Iris with a remote 4G camera (no poe or wifi)

Is it possible to use a 4g remote solar powered PTZ camera (no wifi or poe) that has 4G connection to internet.
The monitoring computer with BIue Iris is connected to the internet.

Is it possible to make this particular setup work?
If so, what brands/models has anyone found that can be detected and made to work?
