I'm afraid I only have forum access as a Mod/ Admin.

Did you add the original email address to your support email ? A bit tricky if they are expecting the copied info from within BI5 and you can't get it. Let me know how you get on.

PM me with all details if you hear nothing. Was this a recent activation email ?

I do have a slightly more direct method of checking with Support
