How does "When triggered" work

Hallo,

Please help me how Record > When Triggered works. See also screenshot in attachements.

Now i have a problem then when there is someone on the camera i see it to late, it is already +-20 seconds end then it starts to record.

In the options you have "Stream Buffer Time", you have Pre Trigger record time, and Pre trigger playback time.

I also does not understand "Combine or cut video each, do i need this? If there is 10 seconds action, i think i want to capture only that 10 seconds + some extra.

Please help me for the correct settings to record only if there is movement with add extra 10 seconds before and after. Is this possible?
