camera limits for MQTT?

i have 9 cameras working, sending mqtt values when it detects motion.
1 camera refuses to report any mqtt even though im sure there is motion.
is there a limit to how many cameras reporting via mqtt?

any idea why this Garage cam refuses to send anything for me to see via MQTT Explorer?

I don't think there is a limit, but could you disable a different camera to rule it out ?
What does it do if you "Test" this action. And a working Action ?
And does the Log show anything ? You will need to enable it to create a text file to see sequential events.
