Version 5.9.6.2 8/30/2024 has introduced a bug to my Blue Iris setup When I browse back in video for playback, I get black screens for every camera, see screenshot below. If I rollback to version 5.9.6.1 8/27/2024 or earlier the problem goes away. I have reproduced this behavior between versions several times. Does anyone else out there have this issue? Does anyone know the proper place to report bugs?

Hi, please send the bug report to Support. There is a link in General settings which gets your key info and tells you the address.

Yes. I see it as well. You are not alone (and I'm glad to realize I am not alone).
The recordings are there if I browse for them by camera/by hour. Just (mostly) black screens, definitely odd behavior in playback.

Okay cool thanks for posting here too, good to also know the issue isn't unique to my setup. I got a reply just a little bit ago from Blue Iris Support of "fixing this now"

They just released version 5.9.6.4 https://ipcamtalk.com/downloads/blue-ir ... pdate-1555 and that has resolved the black screen issue for me.
