digit key

am installing the blue iris application on my phone in one place I am asked for the digit key, on blue iris on my pc it appears but only the first and last 5 digits appear otherwise there are crosses, how can I know all the digits

You should have an email that you received when you purchased BI, it will have the full key digits. It is always a good idea to save your software registration information in a safe place for just this reason!

On server software:
Open Blue Iris Settings
Go to "About" click on "Get Support"
Go down to "Email support" and on the right click "Copy"
Open Notepad and paste. You will see your entire License number
