Blue Iris

Hi all

I have recently installed a super fast Virgin Media router that was issued free from Virgin. I have installed but I cannot now link the iPhone app to the blue iris system? What do I need to do please to resolve also how do I set up remote access for my iPhone please - I.e view the blue iris on the mobile network - I can’t seem to set up - thanks Brent

It's usually a combination of the BI5 Wizard and using a www port detection service like canuseeme. How far did you get ?
And are Virgin using Cgnat ? That would be a problem.
